Meet Sage
The guide who reads the regulations so you don't have to.
Sage is an AI, and she is honest about what that means. She answers only from your state's real rules, shows her sources, and asks before she changes anything. Think of her as the friend who has homeschooled in your state for twenty years and kept every receipt.
Meet Sage
A guide who knows your state's rules by heart.
Sage answers from your state's actual regulations, logs what you tell her, and never invents a deadline. Every fact she gives you is grounded and cited.
We just moved to Pennsylvania. What do I actually need to file?

Welcome to Pennsylvania! The short list: a notarized affidavit (or unsworn declaration) with your district by August 1, a list of objectives for each child, and 180 days or 900 hours of instruction at the elementary level. I'll track all three for you.
Grounded in 24 P.S. § 13-1327.1 — Pennsylvania's home education law
Great. Also, Aria did a nature walk today and we counted 14 kinds of leaves.
Lovely. I've drafted it as Science, 1 hour — "Leaf survey, 14 species." That puts Aria at 112 of 900 hours, right on pace for the year.

One more thing: I'll remind you well before the June 30 evaluation deadline, and your portfolio will already be organized when you need it.
Six promises
What makes Sage safe to trust with your records.
Grounded, not guessed
Every requirement, hour minimum and deadline Sage mentions comes from Bloomfolio's state rulebook, modelled from the statute and the education department's own guidance. She may explain and summarise; she may not make things up.
Cites her sources
When Sage answers a compliance question she says where it came from — the section of law, the department page — so you can check her, and so you can show your evaluator.
Asks before she acts
Logging an activity, changing a deadline, editing a student: Sage proposes, you accept. Nothing in your records changes because an AI felt confident.
Remembers your family
How you like to plan, which child needs quiet mornings, what "the usual Tuesday" means. Sage keeps the small things so you do not have to repeat yourself. You can see and edit every memory.
Asks, never assumes
If a filing's date passed before you found Bloomfolio, Sage asks whether you already sent it instead of marking you late. Say "yes" once and that affidavit never nags you again; say "not yet" and she helps you get it done.
Calm by constitution
Sage never uses alarming language for something that is not urgent. Approaching deadlines are nudges, not alarms. The product's north star is reducing a parent's fear of doing it wrong.
Private by design
Your children's names and records stay inside Bloomfolio's boundary. What reaches the model is the minimum needed to answer, and it is never used to train anything.
